Personal information protection
Accel PCI is committed to protect the personal information of its clients in addition to the data and information that could be captured for professional legitimate goals, on its website www.accel-pci.com and to observe rigorous behaviour towards reducing the risks of confidentiality violations, privacy violations and civil responsibility. Accel PCI is particularly engaged to not communicate any personal information to third parties.

This means that we will also lose record of you having ever been on our systems, including any previous instructions you have given us opting out of specific emails types. If you re-join our systems, by voluntarily providing your personal information, you will appear to us as a completely new data subject. This does not affect your other rights in any way.

Security of the servers used to save our data
Our public data servers are situated in high security colocation centers, and are verified often in order to ensure security and confidentiality. The same principles are applied to all our electronic vaults. Do not hesitate to ask us questions surrounding our general security policy.
Our servers contain a journalizing security service to detect intrusions within out network. We do not link the journals of our servers to data that could permit us to identify our visitors. In the eventuality of a criminal investigation, the server journals could be used to retrace and identify the identity of the people against whom accusations could be brought.
